    Warranty Terms & Activation Guarantee

    Gameskey is committed to providing high-quality digital and physical game products as well as excellent customer service. These Warranty Terms govern the rights and responsibilities of both the customer and Gameskey regarding product activation, warranty claims, and replacements.1. Activation Guarantee (Digital Products)All digital game keys, codes, and accounts sold on Gameskey are covered by our Activation Guarantee.
    We guarantee that every product key delivered will be valid and capable of successful activation on the specified platform at the time of delivery, provided the customer follows the platform’s activation instructions correctly.
    2. Warranty Period / Reclamation PeriodCustomers have a strict 7-day reclamation period starting from the date of purchase (based on the order confirmation timestamp).
    Any claims submitted after the 7-day period will be automatically declined.
    3. RMA Procedure (Replacement Management Assistance)To request assistance under this warranty, the customer must open an official RMA case through our customer support.How to submit an RMA:

    • Log into your Gameskey account and submit a support ticket, or
    • Email our support team with your order number
    • Clearly describe the problem encountered

    We aim to respond to all RMA requests within 24–48 hours during business days.4. Proof of Non-FunctionalityCustomers are required to provide sufficient evidence that the product key is defective. Acceptable proof includes, but is not limited to:

    • Clear screenshots of error messages
    • Video recordings of the full activation/redemption attempt
    • Relevant platform account screenshots (if applicable)

    Failure to provide adequate proof may result in the rejection of the warranty claim.5. Region-Free PolicyAll game products sold on Gameskey are region-free unless otherwise clearly stated on the individual product page.
    However, Gameskey is not responsible for any publisher-side or platform-side regional restrictions, account linking requirements, VPN detection, or other limitations that may prevent activation after successful delivery of the key.
    6. Scope of Warranty – What is CoveredOur warranty covers the following situations:

    • The delivered key was already used or redeemed prior to delivery to the customer
    • The key fails to activate due to a technical defect on the publisher’s side at the time of first activation attempt
    • Delivery of an incorrect product (wrong platform or edition)

    7. Exclusions – What is NOT CoveredThis warranty does not cover:

    • Activation failures caused by using the key on the wrong platform, wrong account, or incorrect region
    • Any issues arising after successful activation (e.g. later revocation, ban, or limitation by the publisher)
    • Problems related to the customer’s hardware, software, internet connection, or account status
    • Keys that have been shared, resold, or transferred to third parties
    • Claims submitted after the 7-day period
    • As a general rule, in accordance with our refund policies, a non-functioning game license will always be replaced with 
      a corresponding new license.

    8. Physical ProductsPhysical products are covered by our replacement warranty. In addition, they carry a limited component warranty of 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the supplier’s terms.
    The exact warranty period for each physical product will be stated on the product page or in the delivery information.
    9. Resolution OptionsOnce an RMA is approved, Gameskey will, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following:

    • A replacement product with a new valid key/code of the same product (subject to availability)
    • Another mutually agreed solution

    The customer must attempt activation immediately after receiving the replacement.10. Final Provisions

    • These Warranty Terms form an integral part of Gameskey’s Terms of Service.
    • Gameskey reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of purchase applies.
    • In the event of any dispute, the customer agrees to first seek an amicable resolution through our support team.
    • Finnish law applies to these Warranty Terms.
